1. Why is Faqir Chand's experiences important in understanding the projective nature of religious visions and miracles?
"Faqir's startling insights show that most religious visions are, in fact, products of one's own mind," (19). By saying this you can say religion and powerful figures are all just made up, that no one truly knows the answer to anything and will just believe what their minds tell them. No one truly knows the secret of where humans came, but will say they do to gain followers.
2. What is meant by the phrase, "philosophy done well is science; philosophy done poorly remains philosophy." I believe the phrase, "philosophy done well is science; philosophy done poorly remains philosophy." means that since philosophy is full of so many theories that if you have the facts to support them they become science. If you are just saying all these theories with no evidential support they remain just theories and will just be thoughts.
